– 1 teaspoon kasoori methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
– 1/2 cup yogurt
– 2-3 tomatoes, finely chopped
– Salt to taste
– Water as required
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing

1. Begin by washing the chicken pieces and patting them dry with a paper towel. Set them aside.
2. In a large pot, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, and green chilies. Sauté for a minute until the seeds crackle and release their flavors.
3. Add the chopped onions, ginger, and garlic to the pot. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
4. Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala powder to the pot. Sauté for another minute.
5. Add the chopped tomatoes to the pot. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the oil starts to separate from the mixture.
